The SVR Tool helps lodges set goals in support of lodge revitalization. It predicts membership and financial trends based on a lodge's 5-year averages. The versions below were prepared for the Grand Lodge of Minnesota and the Grand Lodge of Virginia. Besides the goal-setting function, several pages set forth the case for raising lodge fees - attempting to solve a problem that plagues many lodges in the US. Microsoft Excel® is required to use the Tool. Excel for Windows 2000 or later versions work best. MN Tool users, if you use Excel 97 you may need to enter a password to unprotect the Input Page -- see the note on that page for simple instructions. Finally, a color printer is helpful.
